Executive coaching
As executives share responsibility not simply for day-to-day operations of an organsiation but also for its future, changes in the structure and processes of the organisation make up the backdrop to executive coaching. The more seniot the executive, the greater his or her contribution is to how well the organisation manages its culture.
In that context, it is often possible to possible to classify concerns of clients in executive coaching along these lines:
- decisions that executives find troublesome to make and to see through to completion
- an individual's style of communication at work, especially in group situations;
- conversations that executives at any level find difficult.
To the extent that these concerns rely on other people or impinge on them, an executive may benefit from feedback using appropriate tools of psycholgoical measurement.
