Our programmes outline risks associated with inappropriate work habits and unnatural ('mal-adaptive') postures. We demonstrate how to apply ergonomic guidelines for rearranging work areas and work flow to reduce biomechanical stress, increase comfort levels and reduce work fatigue throughout the working day (or night).
