As ergonomists, we help clients improve the usability, safety and performance of their systems, produces and servies by understandingand invilving people in a systematic way. We provide practical advice, a flexible approach and years of experience acorss many sectors.
As we are also chartered psychologists, registered with the Health Professions Council, we also systematically address attitudinal and emotional aspects of change. These matters include developing a 'disability-confident' company culture as well as cost-reducing Return-to-Work services. Our woprk is are based on qualitative and quantitative research, on developing people in styles that appeal to adults and on designing work environments matched to human needs.
